We are more than a little OCD when it comes to our website. We're always tweaking it, re-arranging things, and trying to make the experience better for our customers. We've made a few changes this weekend that we hope that you'll like.

Credit Cards:

This is a big one! The way our webstore was originally set up you could pay either through Paypal or use your credit card through Paypal. Not everyone has a Paypal account and while you could use your credit card without a Paypal account it was very cumbersome and sort of confusing. Not to mention the process took you away from our website making it even more confusing! Well no more! Now you can use your credit card when you check out and directly enter your information. It's quick and it's simple.

Credit cards aren't the only way to pay though. We still allow payments through Paypal including BillMeLater. We also have special instructions for purchase orders, business checks, as well as phone orders. More methods of payment mean more convenience for you!

Product Details:

There are two pieces of information we get asked about a lot. Where does a product come from and what is the warranty? We've now put the information higher up on the page, to the right of the product photo. Now you can easily see the manufacturers warranty as well as the country of origin.

Shipping Prices:
One of the last changes we've made my not sound very exciting but it will save you money. We've gone through our entire product catalog and audited the shipping information for each one of our products. Most of our products were just as the should be but there were a fair number that were off by a few pounds and that can add up quickly especially on a multiple item order. Let's face it, shipping is expensive enough already!
